FRIDA KAHLO INSPIRED PAINTING!

Hi babes! Ok I really don't know who painted this but the first thing I thought was Frida Kahlo when I saw it. The painting actually takes you to El Dia de los Muertos, a Mexican tradition similar to Halloween in which people celebrate the dead, but instead of going trick or treating, they throw a little party to conmemorate the dead.
Not everyone does this of course but in this party what they usually do is that they pick it all their favorite food (from the people that passed away), they put a picture of them and they light candles, have pan de muerto which is basically bread with sugar with a sort of half a circle shape. The dots it has actually have a meaning but I really don't know what it is haha sorry.
Anyway I hope you guys enjoyed knowing a little bit more about Mexican culture and hope that you can one day get to visit this beautiful country.
Xx, Manena.
